Return and Exchange Policy

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your items, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving the items. Please contact us within 14 days after receiving your items.

We accept returns and exchanges of products within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order. Products with quality defects or imperfections on our part will be fully refunded, including shipping costs.

Return and Exchange Conditions

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package and inform us of the reasons for returning or exchanging your product.

Returned products will not be accepted if they have been washed, damaged, stained, or are different from the condition in which they were shipped to you.

Once the returned product is received, the refund or exchange will be processed promptly. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been completed.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for swimwear, lingerie, jewelry, and earrings unless the item(s) have visible defects. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any related expenses.
