Article 1: PURPOSE
These general terms and conditions aim to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of online sales of goods offered by the seller to the consumer.
These terms apply exclusively to non-commercial individuals.
Sales are reserved for customers who are of legal age or minors with parental authorization.

Placing an order for a product on the online store of www.trendshop-eu.com implies prior consultation and acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale. Clicking the order confirmation button implies full acceptance of these terms.
Article 3: PRICES
All product prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes, excluding shipping costs (see Delivery and Shipping Methods section).
Trendshop-eu.com reserves the right to change its prices at any time without notice. Products will be billed based on the prices in effect at the time of order placement.
Products remain the property of trendshop-eu.com until full payment is received by the seller. The price is payable in full and in one installment.
The seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
Article 4: ORDER AND PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Customers can place orders online via www.trendshop-eu.com.
Trendshop-eu.com reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute concerning a previous order payment or who poses a risk.
Placing an order implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of products available for sale.
The seller commits to fulfilling orders received on the website only within the limits of available stock. If one or more ordered products are unavailable, the seller commits to informing the customer as soon as possible by email. The customer's order will then be automatically canceled, and the corresponding amount will be refunded.

Payment Methods
Customers can choose from the following payment methods:
- Credit card: Visa, MasterCard, Carte Bleue, issued in France.

Payments by credit card are processed on our partner Stripe’s site. This means no banking information is transmitted through the trendshop-eu.com site. Credit card payments are therefore secure. Payment via PayPal:

Article 9: PRODUCT INFORMATION
All efforts have been made to ensure the accuracy of the information presented on the seller's site. However, the seller or its suppliers are not responsible for the consequences, incidents, or special damages resulting from electronic transmissions or the accuracy of the transmitted information, even if the seller was aware of the possibility of such damages. Product and manufacturer names and brands are used solely for identification purposes.
Article 10: APPLICABLE LAW
Upon finalizing your purchase, a billing statement including “trendshop-eu.com” and the country code such as “HK”, “UK”, etc., will be displayed on the payment page and/or on your card statement. All purchases will be processed by our respective entity in the corresponding country, as indicated by the country code on the billing statement and are governed by local law.

If you receive a defective item in your order, please send us an email containing your order number to notify us of the problem. We will then arrange to reship the item or process a refund.

Article 14: FORCE MAJEURE
Neither party will be held liable for failing to meet their contractual obligations if performance is delayed, hindered, or prevented by a case of force majeure. The affected party will notify the other party within twenty working days of the date it becomes aware of the circumstances.

If the force majeure event lasts more than one month, the present terms may be terminated by the affected party.
Expressly, cases of force majeure or fortuitous events, in addition to those usually accepted by French case law, include: transport blockages, earthquakes, fires, storms, floods, lightning, communication network failures, wars, etc.
Article 15: PARTIAL INVALIDITY
If one or more provisions of these general terms and conditions are deemed invalid or declared so under a law, regulation, or a final decision by a competent court, the other provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Article 16: NON-RELINQUISHMENT
The fact that one party does not invoke a breach by the other party of any of the obligations under these general terms and conditions of sale should not be interpreted as a waiver of the obligation in question.
Article 17: DISPUTES
The liability of trendshop-eu.com is, in any case, limited to the amount of the order and cannot be engaged for simple errors or omissions that may have occurred despite all precautions taken in presenting the products.
Trendshop-eu.com cannot be held liable to a member or third party for any indirect damages, loss of business, profit, or turnover, occurring in any way, even if such damage or loss was foreseeable by trendshop-eu.com or if it had been made aware of it.
